WHO IS THE SCOOTER?

The Scooter was named after Sparky, who raced a big tyre scooter when he was younger.

TASTING NOTES:

This vibrant and lifted Merlot exudes rich plum flavours with undertones of both red and dark fruit and a soft touch of oak. As the wine develops in the glass, layers
of chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon spice come to the fore. The soft mouth-feel and tannin integration allow for all the beautiful flavours of this wine to shine through.

WHO IS THE MAITRE D’?

The Maitre D’ was named after Sparky, who put himself through winemaking college as a left handed waiter.

TASTING NOTES:

The 2022 Maître D’ Cabernet is a wine with deep red and purple hues and a rich aroma. It’s complex and flavourful, with cherry and blackberry notes transitioning into hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha, all while maintaining fruit sweetness. This Cabernet is a well-balanced delight.

WHAT IS TWO LEFT FEET?

Two Left Feet is what can happen when you dance after a glass or two of Mollydooker.

The 2022 Two Left Feet wine stands out for its lively balance. The Shiraz grape adds depth, while Merlot and Cabernet contribute fragrance and lifted notes. On the palate you’ll notice the dominant plum and mocha notes with a touch of toasty oak. The red fruit flavors feel silky due to the soft tannins. The taste journey continues with hints of licorice and blackberry jam, creating a joyful experience that celebrates the blend’s diverse elements.

‘Mollydooker’ is old Aussie slang for a left handed boxer and our Boxer always punches well above his Fruit Weight™. Did you notice he has two left-handed gloves?
