WHO IS MISS MOLLY?
Miss Molly is The Boxer’s girlfriend, bubbly and full of fun.
TASTING NOTES:
Vivacious and opulent, rich flavours of Maraschino cherry and fresh plum unfold across layers of chocolate and mocha. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla cream add warmth and richness, while fine bubbles bring vibrancy and lift to the palate. Lively and indulgent, this is Shiraz made for celebration.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 40% new, 60% one year old. To make this wine, we re-ferment our Boxer Shiraz which creates the bubble in this beautiful sparkling wine.

STORAGE:
Please store upright in the fridge. If stored horizontally, place upright and wait a few minutes before opening. Make sure it is properly chilled before opening. When opened warm, all drinks with CO₂ effervesce vigorously, so it’s important to have it as cold as possible. Make sure you don’t agitate the wine before opening, this can happen in transit, or by simply rolling around in a bag before opening. Preferably open it over a sink, holding the cap tight to avoid spillage and mess.

The 2024 Two Left Feet is a beautifully balanced blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Ripe fruits of dark cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by the secondary notes of vanilla and mixed spices. The silky, satin like fruit profile, encompassed by lovely ripe tannins, cascades effortlessly through the palate providing fantastic depth and a lingering finish.
