WHO IS MISS MOLLY?
Miss Molly is The Boxer’s girlfriend, bubbly and full of fun.

TASTING NOTES:
The 2022 Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz exudes a deep ruby color and tantalizing bubbles. It greets the nose with a medley of dark berry, fresh plum, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it surprises with a lively effervescence that complements flavours of blackcurrant and plum, leaving a lingering finish of cocoa and vanilla cream. A delightful twist on Shiraz, perfect for festive moments and lively gatherings.

TECHNICAL NOTES:
The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 38% new, 49% one year old and 13% two year old barrels. To make this wine, we re-ferment our Boxer Shiraz which creates the bubble in this beautiful sparkling wine.

STORAGE:

Please store upright in the fridge.  If stored horizontally, place upright and wait a few minutes before opening. Make sure it is properly chilled before opening. When opened warm, all drinks with CO₂ effervesce vigorously, so it’s important to have it as cold as possible. Make sure you don’t agitate the wine before opening, this can happen in transit, or by simply rolling around in a bag before opening. Preferably open it over a sink, holding the cap tight to avoid spillage and mess.
