… was inspired by Sarah’s birth year. She wanted to celebrate this cheeky era of peace, love and good times. Seriously easy to drink, Summer of ’69 is perfect for lazy days by the pool and balmy summer nights.
TASTING NOTES:
.A fragrant bouquet of lemon and lime greets you followed by a delicious sherbet edge. Fresh pineapple and white peach flavours fill out the palate, giving the wine a light, summery feel. A refreshing and beautifully balanced wine that is perfect to enjoy in the sunshine with friends.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
Fruit is picked overnight to retain fresh fruit flavours and acid balance. Oxidative processed, lightly pressed and racked before fermenting with a selected yeast in stainless steel. The grapes were grown on the Gemtree Vineyard in McLaren Vale.
