Join Sarah and Holly Marquis for our annual Barrel Hall Dinner. Guests will be lead through an ‘Enchanted Path’ into the heart of Mollydooker’s Barrel Hall where a long, candlelit table awaits for a magical, sensory evening ahead. Featuring a four-course degustation from Hindmarsh Valley’s Lost Phoenix Farm, guests will indulge in an oh-so decadent banquet-style feast, perfectly matched with eight Mollydooker Wines.

  • Kingfish tostada; diced kingfish dressed with coconut, lime, avocado and Thai chilli on corn tostadas
  • Fried flat breads, cured meat, preserved chilli, parmesan custard
  • Whipped goats curd on toast; chilli honey, roasted grape

  • Wagyu overnight roasted beef cheek, celeriac cream, roasted baby turnips, marsala beef reduction, salsa verde
  • Half roasted organic chicken, salmoriglio dressing, confit garlic & lemon thyme reduction
